The mat is to be used together with the Golden Beads Presentation Tray.

The goal is to introduce the child to the language of the beads, to the decimal system, and give a concrete exercise with the decimal system.

The quilted mat is made from 100% premium cotton and machine washable.

The columns of each ‘place value’ are colour coded to match the cards:

Large Green column: Thousand bead block (15.5cm)
Red column: Hundred bead block (9cm)
Blue column: Ten bead bar (9cm)
Small Green column: Bead unit (4.5cm)
