A practical, handmade Montessori working mat designed specifically for use with the Montessori 1000 Bead Chain.

Measuring an impressive 1155 cm (11.55 metres) long, the roll provides a dedicated working surface for children to carefully lay out the complete 1000 bead chain and work their way along it as they count and explore number sequences.

The long, narrow design creates a clearly defined workspace for the bead chain, helping children to concentrate on the activity while keeping the chain neatly positioned.

When the activity is complete, the fabric roll simply rolls back up, making such a long Montessori material surprisingly compact and easy to store. Hook and loop tape fastenings keep the roll securely closed between uses.
